Tic Printing is a partnership with over 55 years experience in the printing industry.
Being part of the printing industry, we regularly experienced poor service delivery by many of our suppliers and affiliates. It seemed to us that the industry was characterised by poor management, sloppy service, broken promises and a general lack of commitment. This caused a lot of frustration for us, as our personal values are centered on the exact opposite.
We formed Tic Printing with the intention of bringing a much higher level of service and commitment to our customers. Values such as respect, commitment, personal pride, a can-do attitude and a solid foundation of integrity are very important to us as individuals, and the cornerstone for our business. This formula has worked extremely well, as our many satisfied customers will testify to.
